RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
When you receive your item(s), if there is any problem, please contact us immediately. We offer excellent service after-the-sale. Please tell us the problem and we can arrange for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions for returning the item. Our return windows is 14 days from receipt of the item. If an error was made on our part, there is no charge for the shipping label and no restocking fee.
But, for items returned for any reason other than damages, defective merchandise or incorrectly shipped items, you will not receive the full purchase price as your refund.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, including the original shipping and any insurance/rush processing paid for the order. Your refund may differ based on the condition of the item as well as how long you've had the item. An item only refund will be issued & in some cases a restocking fee (15% -25%) may also be applied.
